It's important you feel safe, heard, & understood
You deserve for your thoughts and feelings to be heard and understood. There is no problem too big or too small. Therapy is not a one ‘size fits all’. My approach is person-centered and strengths based. I believe you are the expert in your own world, and sessions are tailored to fit your unique needs. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship that allows us to work together through issues. I strive to always offer a safe, laid back, warm, and judgement-free space with a gentle, honest listening ear.
My professional background and experience is working with: individual emerging adults (18-29) and adults (30-65) who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues and family conflict, self esteem, grief, struggles with boundary setting, people-pleasing, life transitions, neurodiversity, chronic health concerns, and related issues.
It can be difficult to let someone in after struggling for so long. It takes great courage to take the step towards taking care of you. Come to sessions as you are. I enjoy being present, holding space, and helping you develop a life worth living! Feel free to call or send an email for inquiries. I look forward to hearing from you.
