You deserve for your thoughts and feelings to be heard and understood. There is no problem too big or too small. Therapy is not a one ‘size fits all’. My approach is person-centered and strengths based. I believe you are the expert in your own world, and sessions are tailored to fit your unique needs. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship that allows us to work together through ANY issue! I strive to always offer a safe, laid back, warm, and judgement-free space with a gentle, honest listening ear. My professional background and experience is working with: individual emerging adults (18-29) and adults (30-65) who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues and family conflict, self esteem, grief, struggles with boundary setting, people-pleasing, life transitions, neurodiversity, chronic health concerns, and related issues. It's incredibly difficult to let someone in after struggling alone for so long. I will always be proud of you for taking the step towards taking care of you. Come to sessions as you are.
